When I was a child, I wanted to be a lot of thing, I remember to tell to my family that I wanted to be a lawyer, dentist, psychologist, vet  and other things that I don’t remember now. For many reasons (wich I will not mention now), I enter to study Anthropology  when I was finish the school. I really like the career, to work with people, the possibility of travel and the objectives of the anthropological work (in this decade, because that objectives were changing with the time). But I had a “vocational crisis” and I decide to leave Anthropology to study Veterinary Medicine, because I realized that I needed a more practical career, animals make more motivation on me than people, and the biggest reason is that they have a communication system that not all are able to understand or visualize and I want to be a person who will could to speak for they. This is one of my favourite photos, and it is not for the colors, the focus or something technical like that, it is for the things that it shows. This picture was taken by me with my cellphone on winter of last year (June 2016), that weekend we traveled with my family to the beach, Laguna de Zapallar, where we have a house, and that  place is special for me because there I know very important people in my life, I spend a lot of beautiful summers, winters vacations and other times there with my family and friends. We go there since I was in maternal belly. This photo also shows a beloved living being, my dog, Dana, she is really important for me, she makes changes in my life and I love her and I adore her unconditionally. June 28 of 1994 The first event was my birth, without it, my life couldn't have started. I think it was a rainy day, and I love rainy days, I don't know if it have any connection. March 2000 My first day of school. There I knew a lot of friend, I still see some of them a few times in the year. April 2004 I started my life as girl scout! And I'm proud of that, because I learn a lot of important things like work in group, survival techniques, the value of nature, etc., and I have many beautiful memories of camps and other activities with my friends Febrary 2008 The first time I traveled out of the country, and my first time on a plane. It was really exciting!  We went (with my family) to Disneyland, in Orlando, USA.  March 2013 I started to study Antropology at Universidad Alberto Hurtado, I think this is an important event because I still like that career, I knew interesting people and I learn a lot of many things....

I think I don't have a favorite thing. Objects are dispensable and they haven't a real value if we don't put in that a feel ing. Maybe I have things I love to do, like watch a series in bed, like cook and eat, like get out for a beer with my friends, like playing or practice volleyball, and there are many things I use to do this activities: a TV, a kitchen, a bed, a glass or bottle of beer, a cellphone, etc. Perhaps cellphone is a thing I use most of the time, to talk with my friends and planning our meetings, to view the things they are doing and things like that, but my cellphone isn’t essential for my life, I could lost it and get another with the same functions, will still work. Another thing I love to do is cook, for me and my family or friends. I need a good knife, frying pan and other implements to do this, but I don’t have a one thing in specific who it’s my favourite. What is your opinion about legalizing abortion in some cases? Who are we to decide what cases are qualified to do an abortion? I think we need to legalize abortion because any woman have to pass an experience she doesn’t want to live, even less if she (or her family, or the dad) doesn’t have resources to provide a good life. Well, I think if the father wants to responsible for the child, they have to discuss the situation, and maybe, create a law who support the father’s decision. But, I really think the abortion is not a nice experience, many woman doesn’t wants to live that in any cases, and the real problem is severe shortage of sexual education.  (This topic is more complicated than this, but there are no more time to write) 2.             What is your opinion about legalizing marijuana? My name is Arabella Paola Kirby Cossio, I was born on June 28, 1994 in Santiago, Chile.  I'm 22 years old and I could be in my fifth year of a career, but I decided to leave my previous career (Anthropology, in Universidad Alberto Hurtado) to start studying Veterinary Medicine at the Universidad de Chile.  All my childhood and young I went to one school: Compañía de María Seminario, in Providencia (all this information doesn't really matters, but teacher asked).
